Leila Cardoso, originally from Cape Verde, is a dedicated social worker and Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering and inspiring women to embrace a healthy lifestyle. As an SFG I kettlebell Instructor and a Personal Trainer, she brings a unique blend of physical fitness expertise and a heart to serve.
Leila is a Coach at faithfullfit where she extends her reach beyond physical boundaries to support individuals in achieving their fitness goals. Her commitment to making a positive impact led her to create "Walk with Purpose" during the challenging times of COVID-19. Witnessing the mental health struggles within her community, particularly among moms, Leila envisioned a platform to teach not only physical fitness but also coping skills to manage issues like depression, anxiety, and self-esteem
